Members of those classes were so excited to seetheir classmates, some whom had not seen one another since graduating, and found great pleasure in reminiscing about their days at Morgan. Some classes came out in large numbers, especially members of the Classof 1954 as they celebrated their 50th Anniversary, as well as the Class of1959 for their 45th reunion. The Class of 1949 is still very active andmeets on a regular basis. They, too, participated in the luncheon, andsaw this as another opportunity for them to come together as they celebratedtheir 55th reunion. All of these classes made significant financialcontributions to the University. Guests were soothed to the sounds ofthe MSU Jazz Ensemble and the Morgan State University Choir.Classes ending in “5” and “0” will celebrate their reunion in 2005.
