Concierge service
Each account is assigned a dedicated Refining Consultant and Account
Manager.
The Refining Consultant is available to visit your location(s) to perform an
audit of your operation, can give suggestions for scrap reduction and
show you ways to maximize your return.
The Account Manager monitors your account, explains best ways of
packaging your lot and will alert you of any inconsistencies with your
locations.
Customer service is also available 8:30am – 4:30pm EST Mon-Fri.

from gold, silver and platinum settings. The stones are filtered out of the
solutions, cleaned and hand-sorted into clear, color and miscellaneous
categories. The stones are then packaged and returned to the customer.
