homelessservicesPeople Incorporated’s Homeless Servicesprograms assist chronically homeless adultswith mental health and chemical dependencyissues in achieving their goals related to safety,stability, and recovery. The transition from livingon the street to living in permanent housingis made in stages, and staff works to create anenvironment where individuals feel at ease andout of danger. Services are delivered in a flexiblemanner to meet each individual’s unique needs.Our servicesOutreachStaff goes into homeless camps to provide survival gear,assistance with basic needs, and referrals for educational,vocational, and health-related services.Housing Support / Case ManagementWe assist individuals in applying for housing assistance,and provide ongoing housing support to assist individualsin maintaining housing and achieving their goals related toeducation, vocation, and health.AssessmentsStaff conducts physical and mental health assessments asneeded.
