He hasworked in London and was afinancial manager for Woolworthsbefore moving into public practice.Dale has a special interest in tax andgeneral consulting. He is approvedby the SA regulator as auditor oflisted entities.Ivor Sindler started his own auditingpractice in 1973, and foundedSindler’s Incorporated with HenryVan Noort in 1994. The Sindler’spractice merged with MooreStephens in 2008. Ivor is a keenyachtsman competing in many localand international ocean races, andhas built up a loyal client baseespecially amongst the yachtingfraternity.Julian van der WesthuizenJulian qualified as a charteredaccountant in 1987 and has been inpublic practice ever since. Julianhas served as the chairman of MooreStephens (SA) since formation in2003 and is widely credited withgrowing the firm to 9th largest inSouth Africa (based on fee income)due to his excellent service deliveryand dedication to the brand. He iswell-experienced in the audit oflarger, complicated groups and isapproved by the South Africanregulator as an auditor of listedentities.Charles Oosthuizen joined MooreStephens in 1996 as a traineeaccountant and on completion of histraining contract remained as anaudit manager. Charles qualified asa chartered accountant and wasadmitted as a director of MooreStephens in March 2005. He isapproved by the SA regulator asauditor of listed entities.Adele Smit qualified as a CharteredAccountant (SA) in 2005. Aftercompleting articles and a short stintin commerce, she joined MooreStephens and was admitted asdirector in 2008. She is activelyinvolved in quality control in thefirm.Maree Hurter joined Moore Stephensin 2008. He was previously a seniorlecturer in auditing at the Universityof the Western Cape and completedhis training contract at a Big Fourfirm in 2003. His client portfoliospans a variety of industries andincludes listed entities. He is amember of the Moore StephensInternational Technical Committeeand serves as the local technicaldirector.Wilna Coetzee qualified in 2006 asa Chartered Accountant (SA). Aftergaining working experience overseasand in commerce she joined MooreStephens. She is the firm’s secondfemale partner and is responsiblefor the firm’s Management Servicesoffering.
