Types of LightWhen at work, the eye can be exposed tomany different types of light depending onthe task at hand. Types of light includeUltra Violet Light, Visible Light and InfraRed Light. Anti-FogHoneywell anti-fog coating combinesthe best properties of both hydrophilicand hydrophobic coatings.Hydrophobic - Repells moisturecausing it to spread over the lens in athin layer. The advantage is: as the thinlayer of water develops, it drips off thelens and generally doesn’t interruptvision or cause the wearer to removethe protective eyewear. A disadvantageof this coating is they’re not permanent,easily eroding after repeated cleaningsHydrophillic – Constantly absorbs andthen releases moisture.
