Ticket Trade<br />
A program that gives you more flexibility with your season tickets, Ticket Trade allows you to return tickets to<br />
games you cannot attend in exchange for tickets that better fit your schedule.<br />
• Tickets can be traded from a list of pre-selected games<br />
• A maximum of four tickets can be traded for a particular game<br />
• You must select a future game at the time of your Ticket Trade. Credits will not be applied to your account.<br />
• All Ticket Trades are subject to availability – same, similar or best available price category will be offered.<br />
• At its discretion, the <strong>Wild</strong> may offer lower priced inventory when necessary.<br />

Birthdays, youth hockey games, anniversaries, and vacations – all of these events can prevent you from<br />
attending a game at Xcel Energy Center, so what do you do?<br />

• Receive email notification when tickets are posted, sold, or if the posting has expired<br />
• Accrue credit – you’ll receive 90% of the posting price for each ticket to use towards the purchase of<br />

NEW ARENA FEATURES<br />
AT&T Wi-Fi<br />
Xcel Energy Center is the first <strong>NHL</strong> venue to offer AT&T Wi-Fi. Inside the venue, there are 274 Wi-Fi access<br />
points covering seats, concession stands and concourse areas. Fans can easily connect to the AT&T Wi-Fi<br />
network, and visitors with an AT&T smartphone or device can automatically connect without any log in<br />
required, <strong>com</strong>plimentary.<br />
Bud Light Top Shelf Lounge<br />
The NEW Bud Light Top Shelf Lounge offers an all-inclusive experience at Xcel Energy Center in semiprivate<br />
loges. Loge seating- the latest national trend in arena development- provides four-person tables<br />
in an exclusive area with an excellent view of the ice, and includes tickets to ALL <strong>Wild</strong> games and most<br />
Xcel Energy Center events. Located in the west end of the RBC Wealth Management Club Level, the Bud<br />
Light Top Shelf Lounge provides the State of Hockey with a premium area to watch the <strong>Wild</strong> and national<br />
headliners in action.<br />

The <strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong> now offers a service that allows you to order concession<br />
items right from your seats! To avoid long lines at the concession stands, you<br />
can use the Bypass Lane by logging onto My<strong>Wild</strong>Net.<strong>com</strong> using your smart<br />
phone, or by using the new <strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong> App (“MN <strong>Wild</strong> <strong>NHL</strong>”). Order food<br />
from your seats and it will be ready for pick-up within minutes!<br />
Elite Seats experience is a unique opportunity to sit in the four best seats in the house between the <strong>Wild</strong><br />
and visiting team benches while enjoying exceptional VIP treatment. Valet parking, dinner at<br />
Headwaters Restaurant and Bar, and access to the Ice Lodge are just a few of the many perks included<br />
in this package.<br />
<strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong> App<br />
Stay connected to the <strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong> wherever you go by downloading our new iPhone and iPad application.<br />
The application, “MN <strong>Wild</strong> <strong>NHL</strong>”, may be downloaded from the iTunes App Store free of charge.<br />
The App allows you to check scores, schedules, and player stats as well as buy tickets and stay up to<br />
date on <strong>Wild</strong> news, blogs, Twitter feed and Pondcasts. On game night, use the App as an arena guide to<br />
find what is around your section including concessions and restrooms, and have game highlights sent<br />
directly to your phone. This interactive App will keep you connected to the <strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong> and other fans<br />
year round so that you don’t miss out on any <strong>Wild</strong> action!
ACCOUNT INFORMATION & GUEST SERVICES<br />
Changing Your Account Information<br />
To ensure prompt delivery of your tickets, notices and other dated materials it is important to keep your<br />
mailing address, phone, and email current on your season ticket account. Changes must be submitted in<br />
writing and signed by the season ticket holder and include the season ticket account number. Requests<br />
for changes can be sent to:<br />

Ownership of Seat Locations<br />
The <strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong> own and control all rights to seat locations for <strong>Wild</strong> home games. Purchasers of any<br />
<strong>Wild</strong> tickets obtain a license, in the form of a ticket, to use the designated games. Ticket licenses are<br />
revocable at the sole discretion of the <strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong>. The <strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong> reserves the right to refuse<br />
admission or to eject any person for improper conduct.<br />
Lost, forgotten, or stolen tickets<br />
Tickets should be handled like cash and will only be replaced upon verification from the current season<br />
ticket holder. For tickets that are lost or forgotten on a game night, the season ticket holder may go online<br />
through “My <strong>Wild</strong> Account” and email the tickets to themselves, fax a written request to 651-312-3434 or<br />
email the request to customer.service@wild.<strong>com</strong> no later than two hours before game-time. You may also<br />
stop by the Season Ticket Holder Priority Window at Xcel Energy Center Box Office prior to the game. The<br />
<strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Wild</strong> is instituting a replacement charge for ticket requests through the main office. Season<br />
Ticket Holders who routinely request replacement tickets will be subject to a $7.50 charge per request.<br />
For stolen tickets, the Season Ticket Holder must present a letter explaining the circumstances of the theft<br />
and a copy of the police report. Upon verification, the stolen tickets will be replaced and issued to the<br />
Season Ticket Holder on record at no additional charge.<br />

ARENA<br />
Banners and Signs<br />
Banners and signs are allowed into the facility as long as they are no bigger than 2 ½ feet x 2 ½ feet and<br />
contain NO sticks, poles or offensive/vulgar language. They may not be hung or fastened anywhere in Xcel<br />
Energy Center. Signs must be handheld and displayed at appropriate times without impeding the experience<br />
of guests around them. This is subject to change at any time based on a specific request from the<br />
event or promoter.<br />
Camera Policy<br />
The following are general rules of camera use and are subject to change at any time based on a specific<br />
request from the event or promoter:<br />
Cameras with a detachable lens or lens of more than two (2) inches are prohibited from all Xcel Energy<br />
Center events. The use of flash photography may also be prohibited. The event producer reserves the right<br />
to deny camera use at any time before or during the event and to prohibit the use of any camera that is<br />
deemed unacceptable.<br />
Video recorders or digital cameras with recording capabilities are prohibited at any time during an event.<br />
Xcel Energy Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit use of any camera that staff deem unacceptable.<br />
Audio recorders are not allowed at any time.<br />
Cellular Phones and Pagers<br />
The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted provided they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment<br />
of the event.<br />
Children<br />
All children age two and older require a ticket for admission to <strong>Wild</strong> games. Children who have not reached<br />
their second birthday may enter Xcel Energy Center without a ticket for <strong>Wild</strong> games.<br />
Please visit xcelenergycenter.<strong>com</strong> for age restrictions for specific events.<br />
Exit and Re-Entry<br />
There is no re-entry to the arena.<br />
Food and Beverages / Bottles and Cans<br />
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into Xcel Energy Center. Containers<br />
including bottles, cans, thermos bottles and plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection<br />
of our guests.<br />
Beer and alcohol sale during sporting events: with 10 minutes left in the game, all concourse beer and<br />
alcohol sales will end. The Bud Light Blue Line Bar and RBC Wealth Management Club Level bars stay open<br />
20 minutes after the game, while Headwaters Bar & Restaurant stays open up to one hour after events.<br />
Beer and alcohol sale during concerts and other events: sales end one hour from the scheduled end of<br />
the event.<br />

Gate Opening Times<br />
Gates open one hour prior to all events. The exception is VIP Gate 5, which opens two hours prior to all <strong>Minnesota</strong><br />
<strong>Wild</strong> games, allowing premium seat holders early access to the RBC Wealth Management Club Level<br />
and Executive Suite Level areas. There may be occasional gate opening time changes for special circumstances.<br />
Guest Conduct<br />
Xcel Energy Center is <strong>com</strong>mitted to providing a fun, family atmosphere in the arena. Guests using foul language<br />
or appearing to be in an intoxicated condition will be ejected from the arena. Guests wearing obscene<br />
or indecent clothing will be denied entry. For the <strong>com</strong>fort and enjoyment of our guests, noisemakers of any<br />
type (e.g., air horns, cow bells, etc.) are prohibited. The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and will<br />
result in ejection. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the event, please contact an Xcel Energy<br />
Center staff member.<br />
Lost Children<br />
In the event a child and parent be<strong>com</strong>e separated, Xcel Energy Center is proud to offer the Tag-A-Kid<br />
Program. This is a free in-house service in which a colorful wristband is placed on a young visitor that notes<br />
their parents’ seat location. The Tag-A-Kid Program helps lost children and parents reunite easily by registering<br />
the parents’ contact information and noting the child’s seat location on the wristband. For additional<br />
information or to register, visit any of the Guest Services desk locations at 104, C9, and 207, as well as the<br />
Suite Concierge Desk.<br />
Restrictions<br />
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment Xcel Energy Center reserves the right to prevent certain items<br />
from being carried into the arena. These include, but are not limited to, weapons or anything else that can<br />
be used as dangerous projectiles. Similarly, other items that may jeopardize the safety or viewing/listening<br />
enjoyment of the guests may be prohibited. Xcel Energy Center ban guns on the premises.<br />
Resale of Arena Tickets<br />
To protect your investment it is re<strong>com</strong>mended that you purchase tickets only through authorized outlets,<br />
such as the Xcel Energy Center Box Office, Ticketmaster (800-745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.<strong>com</strong>), or on<br />
My <strong>Wild</strong> Account. Tickets purchased through other channels may be lost, stolen or counterfeit. Xcel Energy<br />
Center does not assume any responsibility for replacement or reimbursement of any such tickets.<br />
Smoking<br />
Xcel Energy Center is a smoke-free arena. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, anywhere in the building is<br />
strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas are located outside the arena at Gate 3. It is requested that<br />
guests outside the arena be at least 20 feet away from any entrance to smoke.<br />
