Condensate ManagementAll air contains water vapor. One by-product of the compressionprocess is condensation. Often the water from a compressed airsystem will contain oil and other contaminates. The condensatemanagement system will aid in separating the water from theother contaminates so water may be discharged down the drainwhile the contaminates are dealt with appropriately. Contactfactory for details.Filtration and SeparationFilters are used to improve the quality of compressed air inyour system. Filters are used to remove solid particulate, liquid(both water and oil), aerosols, and vapors. Sizing and designof filters are important to system performance and longevity ofdownstream equipment and processes.Flow ControlFlow control valves provide physical separation of the supplyand demand portions of the system.
