The general duties of the auditors of healthbodies, including their statutory duties, are set out in the Code of Audit Practiceissued by Audit Scotland and approved by the Auditor General.7. Board membershipUnder the terms of the Scottish Health Plan, the Health Board is a board ofgovernance whose membership will be conditioned by the functions of theHealth Board.
