Instructions For Making Lighted Snoopy Christmas DecorationsCourtesy of Joey Urey=====================================================================Many have asked how they are constructed, so I have tried to detail their construction below.Requirements -2 - 1 gallon plastic milk jugs with all labels/markings removed(Water jugs will do also but not as sturdy)Black outside/weatherproof paintBlack material for ears (plastic does not work- must be heavy and hold up to cold/wet)Glue - Goop (again must stand up to cold/wet)Stone or brick to hold Snoopy stillRed plastic or outdoor ribbon for neck tieFor the body -Paint 3 black buttons down side opposite of handle (handle should be at the back)Below the handle (back of body) cut out a piece of plastic enough to get your hand in/and stoneor brickFor the head -Think of the handle of the jug as Snoopy's face going toward the nose (bottle cap)Paint eyes just to the right/left of the handle,Paint eyebrows above and along curve of bottlePaint bottle cap - when dry - glue to openingCut shape of ears from black material and "goop" to side of jug on each side

To attach head to body -Place head perpendicular on top of body and mark where you need to cut an opening in the headto attach to the body. Cut hole and be sure to start small and enlarge as necessary for top to fitsecurely on bottom jug. Once you have accomplished this you can glue the head in place withnose and body buttons aligned...As for the lights- well not being an electrician cannot tell anyone how...that was Paul's expertise.
