Day 1 Home City > Bangkok<br />
Board flight from your departure city to Bangkok, the “City of Angels”.<br />
Day 2 Arrive Bangkok<br />
Upon arrival, you are transferred to the Novotel Siam Square hotel for 3<br />
nights. In the afternoon you are treated with a 30 minutes foot<br />
reflexology at the Aquara Spa, a good way to overcome jetlags.<br />
Day 3 Bangkok<br />
This morning, visit the Grand Palace, a fairy tale world of jeweled<br />
monuments and spires, the Temple of Emerald Buddha followed by the<br />
over 160 feet long “Reclining Buddha”. This afternoon, enjoy one hour<br />
either a Thai style or Fusion style body massage, followed by a 30<br />
minutes head reflexology.<br />
Day 4 Bangkok > Damnoen Saduak ><br />
River Kwai<br />
After a morning visit of Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, we continue to<br />
Kanchanaburi and visit the Bridge of the River Kwai. Then on board the<br />
original death railway train to Nam Tok passing over the breathtaking<br />
wooden viaduct built along the mountain. Arrive at Nam Tok, the<br />
terminal station of the Thai-Burma railway and enjoy a traditional Thai<br />
lunch at a local restaurant. Stay two nights at the River Kwai Resotel.<br />

Day 5 Kanchanaburi<br />
Visit Lava Cave in the morning and continue by boat to Sai Yok Yai<br />
Waterfalls with its stunning jungle back. Lunch at a local restaurant and<br />
enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.<br />
Day 6 Kanchanaburi > Ayutthaya ><br />
Phitsanulok<br />
This morning, we drive to Ayutthaya, the old capital of Siamese Kingdom<br />
to admire the ancient ruins of Wat Panan Choeng, Wat Yai Chai Mongkol<br />
and Wat Chai Wattanaram. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in<br />
Lopburi. Visit the Monkey Temple and Three Spire Pagoda which is the<br />
landmark of Lopburi. Drive through the central plain of the country; arrive<br />
in Phitsanulok and overnight at the Amarin Lagoon Hotel.<br />
Day 7 Phitsanuloke > Lampang<br />
A morning visit to a private Ethnic & Folklore Museum at the residence of<br />
Mr. Thavee Buranakhet before continue to Sukhothai, where we visit the<br />
Sukhothai Historical Park and its compound as well as Wat Sri Chum with<br />
its giant seated Buddha. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Sri<br />
Satchanalai Historical Park, a UNESCO World heritage. Travel by road to<br />
Lampang and enjoy a horse carriage ride to visit Wat Phra Kaew Don Tao,<br />
one of the most revered Buddhist temples of <strong>Thailand</strong>. Dinner and<br />
overnight at Wiang Lakor Hotel
Day 8 Lampang > Chiang Rai<br />
Start the day with a brief morning visit to a Lanna-style wooden house,<br />
the Wat Chedi Sao and its twenty dainty pagodas before heading to<br />
Chiang Rai. Stop en route at <strong>Thailand</strong>’s largest Fresh Water Swamp to<br />
visit the Wat Sri Khom Kham and arrive at Chiang Rai in time for lunch.<br />
This afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Mae Kok River to visit the<br />
White Karen Hill tribe before checking in at Wiang Inn Hotel for<br />
overnight.<br />
Day 9 Chiang Rai > Chiang Mai<br />
This morning, we visit Mae Sai, a colorful village on the border with<br />
Myanmar. Enjoy strolling, shopping and bargaining at the local market<br />
and afterward we proceed to Chiang Saen where we will visit Ruin<br />
Temple and the museum. After lunch, we leave for Chiang Mai and with<br />
an opportunity to visit the Hot Springs at Mae Kha Chan. In the late<br />
afternoon, we arrive in Chiang Mai and overnight at the Amity Green<br />
Hills Hotel.<br />
Day 10 Chiang Mai<br />
Depart early from hotel to visit one of Chiang Mai’s Elephant Camps<br />
where skill “Mahouts” demonstrate how elephants worked in the jungle<br />
for centuries and other skillful maneuvers. Watching the elephants relax<br />
as they bathe in the river makes for a great photo opportunity! You will<br />
get the chance to ride an elephant and sit in an ox cart. There will be a<br />
stop at an orchid farm nearby. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will<br />
journey up the winding roads of Doi Suthep Mountain and climb 290<br />
steps to visit the hilltop temple of Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. On a clear<br />
day, you will be able to get a panoramic view of the city of Chiang Mai<br />
from the temple grounds. The less energetic will be pleased to know<br />
that there is a cable car up to the hill. Tonight you will be treated to the<br />
ceremonial northern Thai Dinner, known as Kantoke where traditional<br />
dishes will be served while enjoying the elegant traditional dances.<br />
Day 11 Chiang Mai > Bangkok<br />
After breakfast, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. In the early evening,<br />
you are transferred to Chiang Mai Railway Station for boarding an<br />
overnight air-conditioned Express Train (2nd Class Sleeper Berth) to<br />
Bangkok.<br />
Day 12 Bangkok > Home City<br />
Arrival in Bangkok in the early morning you are met and transferred to<br />
the airport for your flight home.<br />
