The Stroll will include free horse-drawncarriage rides, costumed strolling holiday carolers, the Christmas Carol Band, the Delmarva Miniature Horse Club, a business decorating contest, and a visit with SantaClaus and Mrs. Claus at the Santa House. Refreshments and entertainment will be offered at most downtown businesses.Carriage ride monitors and barrier controlvolunteers are still needed. Volunteer shifts are for one-hour.
