Decals, Decal Kits and EmblemsDecal Application InstructionsTG8736VHave the pitted area filled, sanded smooth, and painted. Wash newly paintedarea on which the decals are to be placed with soap and water. Allow to drybefore proceeding.For Mylar Cut: Trim to border of design where possible prior to removingwhite paper backing. Lightly spray the area with non-aerosol glass cleaner. Peelthe white backing paper from decal and place in position. Squeegee windowcleaner from under decal beginning in center and working outward. If airbubbles occur, puncture with a pin and smooth out air bubbles. Note:Decals have been printed on a tough mylar film using mylar ink. Apressure-sensitive adhesive on the back of the mylar helps ensure good adhesionto any clean, hard surface.AESTHETICSFor Vinyl-Cut Decals (where noted): Peel backing paper from decal. Thedecal will be stuck to the application paper. Align the decal using the design,not the application paper, and firmly press decal into place. Slowly remove theapplication paper starting at one corner. Note: The colors are fused into the vinylto eliminate stacking.Store decals in cool, dry place.
