Section 26 (1) (a) of the Act allows a person receiving a draftreport to make submissions to the ATSB about the draft report.A draft of this report was provided to the crew of VH-SYZ, the injured canyoner,Special Casualty Access Team (SCAT) paramedics involved in the ground responsefollowing the accident, the helicopter operator and manufacturer, ASNSW and theCivil Aviation Safety Authority. Submissions were received from the crew ofVH-SYZ, SCAT paramedics who were involved in the ground response followingthe accident, the helicopter operator and manufacturer and ASNSW.
