Extra low capacitance (0.8pf) ESD protectionZnO chip varistor with low capacitance need very high technical to production due to high effectivedielectric constant. SFI have the strong technical and our current mass production item capacitance is2.5pf. We still keep continual making research for under 0.8pf capacitance for customer application.Please refer to our ESD Series for the spec. information2. 0201 type surface mount designWe are also making develop the surface mount from 0402 to more smaller size of 0201 type to meet currentthe customer more smaller size requirement.3. Low voltage Array series typeWe are also making develop item of array 0508 and 0612 series for the breakdown voltage lower to 12.5Vand low capacitance request.4. ESD and EMI function together Array productsWe are also making new item of array with EMI function for customer.5. NTC temperature protection productWe are going to develop not only overvoltage protection but also Temperature protection for more customercircuit protection.16
