Any posters that are needed in less than two weeks areconsidered a rush and will be taken only if our work load allows.All content should be complete and finalized before being sent for layout.Please note that we cannot begin design/layout work with incompletecontent.Text must be sent in a Word file. Graphs and charts can be in Word, Excel,or PowerPointDuring proofing check for spelling, grammar, correct content, and changesor corrections. Some photos and/or graphs may be compressed for emailcommunications and could appear blurry. This does not reflect actual printresults.Once you approve the proof and it is sent for printing, all vendor costs arefinal and the responsibility of your department.Please fill out page two and return with your poster content.
