In the first column, write down your bigger andbetter vision with specific achievable results andmeasurements, and establish a deadline.2. Then, in the second column, write down up to tenimmediate obstacles that would prevent you frommoving toward your results.3. In the third column, write down a strategy forovercoming each of the obstacles in the form of adecision, communication, or action.4.
