And here is the great discovery thatwill come from focusing on a single activity and role:All boring repetition will disappear from your life.When I look at my future from the innovative perspectiveof The 10x Purpose — from the vantagepoint of being The 10x Persuader — I find thateverything ahead looks exciting. There will be countlesssurprises from this point forward, and I expectthat all of them will be positive ones.So here is my pitch to you. The 10x Purpose is anentirely new lifetime focus and activity that willintegrate and expand your most creative andproductive capabilities, from now on, over thecourse of your entire lifetime.The only thing that can stop this from happening isyour unwillingness to engage with The 10x Purposequestion. The only thing that can prevent a life of10x growth, progress, and results is a negative beliefthat basing your life on a single fascinating andmotivating activity would simply not be possible foryou — or for anyone else.So what’s the solution here? It’s all in the questionand your willingness to answer it right now — andto go on answering it for the rest of your life. Simplyasking The 10x Purpose question, and then continuallyusing it to expand everything that supports theanswering of it, will automatically multiply yourresults. And, at the same time, you will also be eliminatingeverything that prevents the answering.Right now, you can start this multiplier process with asingle sheet of paper. Draw a line down the middle tocreate two columns. At the top of the first, write“Prevents” and at the top of the second, write“Supports.” Then just brainstorm all those things in yourlife right now that prevent you from answering the question.When you’re finished — and this is the real payoff— write all the things in your life that are already supportingyour answering of The 10x Purpose question.The moment you start writing this down, you willimmediately begin transforming and reorganizingyour entire entrepreneurial lifetime with the dailyanswering of a single question — the answer towhich represents your 10x Purpose in life.Everyone I’ve asked this question of in StrategicCoach ® is immediately amazed by what it does totheir thinking.
