Our Executive TeamOFFENDER MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONALDEVELOPMENTDeputy Commissioner – Jackie TangJackie Tang began working with the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Corrective</strong> Services in1986 and has held many different positions at an operational and strategiclevel within the prison system and community justice services.Jackie has Statewide responsibility for the provision <strong>of</strong> services to adultsin custody including education, rehabilitative programs (also for <strong>of</strong>fendersin the community), counselling, health services, sentence managementand prisoner classification. Her portfolio also extends to the delivery <strong>of</strong>Statewide, whole <strong>of</strong> <strong>Department</strong> staff training and development and theprovision <strong>of</strong> health services to Community Youth Justice.Jackie has a Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Social Work from Curtin University, WesternAustralia, and completed a Graduate Management Qualification (AGSM)during 1999.CORPORATE SUPPORTAssistant Commissioner – Graeme DoyleGraeme Doyle is a career public servant, currently in his 32nd year <strong>of</strong>continuous employment in the WA Public Sector.After 17 years in Treasury, Graeme began with the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> Justiceas Financial Management Director in 2005, until a year later when it wasseparated into two departments – the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Corrective</strong> Servicesand the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> the Attorney General.In July 2007, on completion <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Department</strong>al separation, Graememoved across to the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Corrective</strong> Services to take up thecurrent position <strong>of</strong> the Assistant Commissioner Corporate Support.It is Graeme’s role to provide the <strong>Department</strong> with corporate support inthe areas <strong>of</strong> human resources, strategic asset services, financial management,business systems, contracted services, public private partnerships andknowledge management.Graeme is an accountant by pr<strong>of</strong>ession and holds CPA accreditation.YOUTH JUSTICE SERVICESAssistant Commissioner – Susan RenshawSue Renshaw has been employed in the Western Australian public sectorfor more than 27 years, in leadership, management and social policydevelopment roles.Before joining the <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Corrective</strong> Services in 2009 she wasa director in the <strong>Department</strong> for Child Protection.
