During that time he dealtwith every issue involved in family court settings, including: the character, value and division ofproperty; child and spousal support; child custody and visitation; paternity; and, stepparent andgrandparent rights. This assignment also includedresponsibilities in managing various accounts calendars involving the administration ofestates and court supervised trusts.1991 – 1994 Orange County Superior Court, Family LawFamily Law OSC department assignment dealing with temporary orders pending trial,support, exclusive use of property, maintenance of community debts, child custody andvisitation.
