Working hours areunpredictable with eveningwork, shift work and weekendwork possible. Foreigncorrespondents travel and maywork nights to meet deadlinesback home. Journalists mayalso work on a freelance basis.Education/TrainingA university degree or collegediploma in journalism or a relatedfield such as communications isusually required.
