KG shall neither pass on personal data nor selladdresses to third parties.6. Court of jurisdiction/applicable law1. German law shall apply exclusively for any disputes. Where legally permissible,Menden (Sauerland) shall be agreed as the court of jurisdiction.2. For the event that the entrant has no general court of jurisdiction in Germany, ortransfers domicile abroad after participation in the competition, Menden (Sauerland)shall also be agreed as the court of jurisdiction.7. Severability clauseShould individual terms of these rules of entry be invalid, or should an omissionexist, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
