Rules of Entry Trade Fair Competition1. GeneralThe organiser of the competition is the company <strong>ECO</strong> <strong>Schulte</strong> GmbH & Co. KG –Iserlohner Landstr. 89 – 58706 Menden.Entry is free of charge and is only possible when these rules of entry have beencomplied with and accepted.The competition will take place daily in the period from 21 – 24.03.2012, at thetimes specified under Point 3.1.2. Conditions of entry1. The competition may be entered by every adult natural person with full legalcapacity, in their own name. Minors may enter, subject to relevant statutorystipulations when their participation has been approved by their parent or guardian.Employees of <strong>ECO</strong> <strong>Schulte</strong> GmbH & Co. KG and their first-degree and seconddegreerelatives, as well as their common-law partners, are excluded from entering.2. Entrants require a competition coupon in order to participate. This can be foundon the invitation which is sent electronically in <strong>PDF</strong> format. The coupon slip must be<strong>print</strong>ed out and presented at the fair stand.In additions, coupons are available on request at the fair stand.3. Multiple entries in the competition are not permitted.4. Participation is possible only on 21, 22, 23 or 24.03.2012, at the <strong>ECO</strong> <strong>Schulte</strong>GmbH & Co. KG fair stand (stand: 417) at fensterbau frontale 2012 in Nuremberg.5. Prizes can be awarded only to entrants who have submitted their fullycompleted,clearly-legible and correct coupons at the fair stand by 16:30 h, with theexception of 24.03.2012 when the deadline is 13:30 h.The decision of the jury is final.3. Prizes1. On each day of the event (Point 2.4), the draw will be held at 17:00 h., with theexception of 24.03.2012 when it will be held at 14:00 h.2. The winners will be drawn from among all entrants with valid coupons.3. The formalities for presenting the prizes will be clarified individually with thewinners.4. No cash alternatives to the tangible items or exchange of prizes are possible. Theprizes are non-transferable.5. Types of prizes:On 21.03.2012 a draw will be held for one prize of 2 match tickets for the German1st Soccer Division (Bundesliga) (club can be freely selected).On 22.03.2012 a draw will be held for one tournament football table.On 23.03.2012 a draw will be held for one prize of 2 tickets for the EuropeanSoccer Cup 2012 (quarter final).


On 24.03.2012 a draw will be held for one prize of 2 match tickets for the German1st Soccer Division (Bundesliga) (club can be freely selected).In addition, each day’s draw will also involve a draw for 5 prizes of GermanEuropean Cup sets (consisting of car flag, draw-string gym bag, tape, etc.).4. LiabilityCompensation claims vis-a-vis <strong>ECO</strong> <strong>Schulte</strong> GmbH & Co. KG in connection with thecompetition are – to the extent legally permissible – excluded regardless of thelegal grounds, unless <strong>ECO</strong> <strong>Schulte</strong> GmbH & Co. KG has infringed statutoryobligations either by intent or through gross negligence.5. Data protection1. Within the framework of the competition, <strong>ECO</strong> <strong>Schulte</strong> GmbH & Co. KGguarantees the greatest possible data protection standard and observes all relevantstatutory stipulations.2. <strong>ECO</strong> <strong>Schulte</strong> GmbH & Co. KG shall neither pass on personal data nor selladdresses to third parties.6. Court of jurisdiction/applicable law1. German law shall apply exclusively for any disputes. Where legally permissible,Menden (Sauerland) shall be agreed as the court of jurisdiction.2. For the event that the entrant has no general court of jurisdiction in Germany, ortransfers domicile abroad after participation in the competition, Menden (Sauerland)shall also be agreed as the court of jurisdiction.7. Severability clauseShould individual terms of these rules of entry be invalid, or should an omissionexist, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected. The invalid oromitted term shall be replaced by a term which comes closest to the purpose ofthe contract and the legal stipulations.Status 28.02.2012
