Formatting Requirements: The “project” will be formatted in APA format.Grading Criteria: Submission <strong>of</strong> all graded items is required to pass the course.Tests (midterm and final)-------------------------------------400 pointsResearch Exercise---------------------------------------------200 pointsCriterion-----------------------------------------------------------100 pointsDiscussion Board (5-7 postings per week)---------------300 pointsA. The discussion board portion <strong>of</strong> the class accounts for 300 points /30%<strong>of</strong> the student’s final grade.B. A midterm and final exam will be given consisting <strong>of</strong> either a 40 M/C,T/F, matching, / fill in the blank type questions and three short answeressay questions OR 10 essay type questions. Each exam accountsfor 200 points / 20% <strong>of</strong> the student’s final grade.C. Research Exercise : Each student is required to complete a researchproject. The research exercise will consist <strong>of</strong> a 5+page wordprocesseddouble spaced APA style document. The project consists<strong>of</strong> an area <strong>of</strong> interest to the student under the umbrella <strong>of</strong>management. The student will email to the instructor the area <strong>of</strong>interest for the research exercise by the end <strong>of</strong> week 1.
