CERTIFICATEA certificate of attendance from <strong>IAPCO</strong> & MGTO will be issued to all participants at the finalsession of the Seminar.CANCELLATION & REFUNDCancellations - by letter, fax, or email only - received by the Secretariat before 27 th February2009, the registration fee will be refunded less 50%* and no refund will be given forcancellations received thereafter, or for participants who do not attend or partially attend.Participants are required to arrange insurance for cancellation, travel, loss of personalpossessions, medical, accident etc. on their own behalf.
