Provide your reasons and/or special circumstances thatwould be pertinent to granting a variance or reversal of the initial decision.Step 3 – Meet with the ARC members to present your information. Afteryou leave the members will make a decision. You will be notified by mailof the decision. Please note that this decision is final. ARC has theauthority granted in the CC&Rs to make the final decision.QUESTION:ANSWER:What can be done about speeders in the community?<strong>Trilogy</strong>’s roads are private because we are a gated community. Peoriapolice do not have the legal authority to patrol our streets or ticketspeeders. Association staff have neither the authority nor personnel topatrol our streets. The governing documents allow the hiring of acontractor for speed enforcement, however there is no budget for thisexpenditure at this time. The Community Association (CA) Directorperiodically posts messages in the weekly newsletter reminding drivers toobey the speed limit. If you recognize the speeder you have the option ofreporting that person in writing to the CA Director who will follow up onthe complaint.QUESTION:ANSWER:What is the projection for future HOA monthly dues?Projections are that dues will increase approximately 3% to 6% for thenext few years. dues are expected to stabilize between $246 and $250. This amount willfund the annual operating budget and ensure the reserve fund is sufficientto cover future capital outlays.QUESTION:ANSWER:What is being done to increase the visibility of <strong>Trilogy</strong>’s gates?The Board of Directors is working with the Community AssociationManager on various strategies to improve nighttime visibility. Testing isunderway on selected areas. Once the final solution is determined, anotice will go out to the community.QUESTION:ANSWER:How does someone volunteer for a community committee?The Architectural Review, Landscape, Homeowner Education andCouncil Liaison/Global Peoria Committees periodically seek volunteers.Contact either Jeff Dixon, Community Association Director (623-215-6259), or the committee chair.
