The program brings great responsibility, and in that regard it has added to my experienceat Johnson. However, I don’t see my Park projectas an obligation to give back but rather as a strongplatform from which to drive change. When theprogram selects Parks, I think this is a qualitythat they look for-the passion and commitment tomake a difference in Ithaca and thereafter. I had anopportunity to leverage my passion for real estateand give back to a program and institution that hasgiven me much, and that’s a very rewarding feeling.Pre-MBA Employer:Hospitality Valuation ServicesPark Project:In collaboration with Johnson and the School ofHotel Administration, Greenwood and five otherstudents worked to create an experiential real estatelearning program for MBAs seeking careers in realestate, including real estate development, investing, banking, and private equity.
