Thisyear, any academically qualified consultant orengineer aged 35 or under by 1 March <strong>2011</strong>is eligible for entry. The process is by selfnomination.We seek entries from those who are committed to <strong>the</strong>ir careerand have views about <strong>the</strong> role <strong>of</strong> consultants and engineersin <strong>the</strong> future.
