Health and Social CareGCSEThe work is focused upon the care sector and would be suitablefor those considering a career in this area. This would includeNurseries, Care Homes and NHS in either a practical capacity oradministration.Unit 1 – Pupils will consider the job roles of care workers in thehealth, social care or early years sectors. They will make acomparison of the different needs of their clients and how thecare giver applies the ‘value of care’.
