Mr. P M Devraj from the QCFI was theexpert faculty. Topics like PDCA, Seven Tools & 12 Stepswere discussed very briefly. The trainees came up withquestions. He also deliberated upon Team Work, DifferentThinking, Being Different and Thinking out of the circle.A case Study was also deliberated. The program endedat 17:45 Hrs.Village CampVillage camp is basically meant for exploring the wholevillage life & understanding or realizing the living of thevillage people and social commitment to do somethingfor the village. To accomplish the above, a village campwas organized for our 2nd Year trainees. The placewas Siddarabetta about 45 Kms from Tumkur.
