PrincipalThe College & hospital is being run as asingle institution under theadministrative control of Principal &Dean of S.N.Medical College, Agrahowever the approach is more ofmanagement rather than administration.Principal is Chief of hospital anddeclared Head of the department by thegovernment & hence here the drawingdisbursing powers. The other powers arebeing executed under the Govt. orders asper rules.2. Superintendent in Chief For managing the hospital & addressingthe day to day patient management andrelated issues including paramedicalstaff i.e. nursing staff, pharmacists,technician and other class III-IV postsalongwith ensuring supplies of medicineand other surgical items required forpatient care. As an administrator lookafter hospital staff, teachers, nursingstaff, paramedical staff, class III, classIV etc.3. CMS & M.S. Directly working under SIC lookingafter the job responsibilities designatedby SIC related to patient care andhospital management.4. Head of the Department HOD is the senior most teaching staff ofthe concerned department looking afterUG/PG teaching, research, patient carein the department and alsoadministration at the departmental level.Financial 1. Finance Controller To execute financial power and to act asan advisor for various financial accountsOthersDuties 1 UG/PG teaching2. Higher Research3. Patient Care4. Skill development of allcategories of employees &students including nursingstaff.administrative problems.Other categories of the employees aredischarging their responsibilities as perstate government rules.
