The programme of Original Communications and the unedited abstracts of Communicationsaccepted for this meeting will be available on the Society’s website: www.nutritionsociety.org.The printed Scientific Programme, including the Original Communications programme and abstractbooklet, will be distributed at registration.POSTGRADUATE SYMPOSIUMSubmission Deadline: 15 February 2010Members wishing to enter the Postgraduate Symposium Competition should submit their C.V.,together with an abstract (no more than 400 words) of the proposed topic using the onlinesubmission form on the Nutrition Society website (www.nutritionsociety.org). The PostgraduateSymposium is separate from the competition for the best Original Communication by a studentmember. Abstracts that are not selected for the Postgraduate Symposium will not be automaticallyconsidered for presentation as an Original Communication. Therefore, the abstract must besubmitted separately using the online system on the Nutrition Society website if it is to beconsidered as an Original Communication.STUDENT MEMBER REFUNDSAll student members of the Nutrition Society for 2010 who register by the early-bird deadline willbe able to claim back a substantial part of the registration fee; to qualify for this refund studentmembers will be required to sign in each day of their attendance at the meeting. Refunds will onlybe made to those students who comply. Additionally, those student members of the NutritionSociety presenting a Communication [oral or poster] and entering the student competition andbooking accommodation for the whole conference will be eligible for one night’s accommodation atthe Heriot-Watt University.
