The programme of Original Communications <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> unedited abstracts of Communicationsaccepted for this meeting will be available on <strong>the</strong> Society’s website: www.<strong>nutrition</strong><strong>society</strong>.org.The printed Scientific Programme, including <strong>the</strong> Original Communications programme <strong>and</strong> abstractbooklet, will be distributed at registration.POSTGRADUATE SYMPOSIUMSubmission Deadline: 15 February 2010Members wishing <strong>to</strong> enter <strong>the</strong> Postgraduate Symposium Competition should submit <strong>the</strong>ir C.V.,<strong>to</strong>ge<strong>the</strong>r with an abstract (no more than 400 words) of <strong>the</strong> proposed <strong>to</strong>pic using <strong>the</strong> onlinesubmission form on <strong>the</strong> <strong>Nutrition</strong> Society website (www.<strong>nutrition</strong><strong>society</strong>.org). The PostgraduateSymposium is separate from <strong>the</strong> competition for <strong>the</strong> best Original Communication by a studentmember. Abstracts that are not selected for <strong>the</strong> Postgraduate Symposium will not be au<strong>to</strong>maticallyconsidered for presentation as an Original Communication. Therefore, <strong>the</strong> abstract must besubmitted separately using <strong>the</strong> online system on <strong>the</strong> <strong>Nutrition</strong> Society website if it is <strong>to</strong> beconsidered as an Original Communication.STUDENT MEMBER REFUNDSAll student members of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Nutrition</strong> Society for 2010 who register by <strong>the</strong> early-bird deadline willbe able <strong>to</strong> claim back a substantial part of <strong>the</strong> registration fee; <strong>to</strong> qualify for this refund studentmembers will be required <strong>to</strong> sign in each day of <strong>the</strong>ir attendance at <strong>the</strong> meeting. Refunds will onlybe made <strong>to</strong> those students who comply.
