The selection criteria used to identify the companiesin the sample have tried to follow the structure ofthe sector on a national level, in terms of the geographicaldistribution, value of production and the number of employees.Figures 1, 2 and 3 describe the breakdown of the samplecompared to the total number of companies and employeesand in relation to the turnover.
