Transfers are supportedin NAF., USD and Euro currencies.The transfer will occur in the currency of the“From” account.To transfer funds, select the account <strong>you</strong>want to transfer funds from and the account<strong>you</strong> want to transfer the funds to.Is it possible to transfer Dollars andEuros?Yes, it is possible to transfer US Dollars andEuros If the transfer From account is aForeign Currency account. It is also possibleto make payments from a US Dollar or Euroaccount.PAYMENTSA bill has been paid but the balance of theaccount did not change. Why not?When scheduling a payment, the balance ofthe selected account will not reflect paymentof the amount until payment has beenprocessed during our settlement procedure,bet<strong>we</strong>en approximately 4:00 p.m. and 5:00p.m.When does the beneficiary of a bill actuallygets the payment?If the beneficiary’s account is at The<strong>Windward</strong> <strong>Islands</strong> <strong>Bank</strong>, the payment will bereceived the same business day. For beneficiariesat other local banks, it takes about 3business days <strong>for</strong> the payment to bereceived. Please allow an adequate amountof time <strong>for</strong> the payment to reach the beneficiary.Can beneficiaries at other banks be paidvia <strong>WIB</strong>@Home?Yes.


How can a beneficiary on another islandbe paid?If the beneficiary is within the MCB Group thesame payment procedure applies as withlocal banks, selecting the beneficiary’s namefrom the bank drop down menu on the paymentpage.
