PROJECTMANAGEMENTCOMMITMENTOur team has gone through the requirements in detail and based on the same we propose to implementand integrate our state of the art CCTV Solution. In this section of our proposal we provide an outlineof our approach and our project plan to achieve the deliverables that have been identified. This sectionalso describes our philosophy in addressing the project, how we would approach the project, and whatit would be like to work with us as individuals, and as a firm.◙ PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TEAM MEMBER COMMITMENTMESC employs a Project Management Office (PMO) approach that includes at senior project managerto lead in the planning, scheduling and co-ordination all of the activities and resources throughout theproject. Dependent on the size and complexity of the engagement, the PMO may include a multilayeredmanagement team to facilitate multiple projects within one large program or one senior projectmanager to oversee the activities of a single project. In either case, the PMO will work to ensure thatall activities and deliverables are completed and meet or exceed the expected results within the timeand cost budgets of each client. This dedicated PMO will continue to be supported by the engagementmanager that has been working with you throughout the proposal process.The MESC engagement manager is assigned at the beginning of the sales cycle and is responsible forthe satisfactory completion of all projects for that client. This global focus ensures that the projectscope and deliverables that are agreed upon in the proposal process are consistently supportedthroughout the project lifecycle.Effective project management is further facilitated by the creation of a project organization composedof a Steering Committee, joint project management from the client and MESC and collaborativeexecution teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.Our project management approach is geared for a realistic <strong>system</strong> implementation or integrationenvironment where it is expected that there may be deviations from the original project specification.Our effort is to minimize these where possible through effective planning.MESC strives to maintain team continuity within each project and where possible, across multipleprojects for the same client. We do not remove or replace team members in order to assign them toanother client project. In the unlikely event that a team member leaves MESC employment during aproject, or that the client and project manager determine that the team member requires replacement,special consideration is provided to ensure that the replacement team member is not billing until it ismutually agreed that they are up-to-speed and moving forward in a productive manner.
