What yourcustomer receivesWhat youroffice viewsESTIMATE - Your customerreceives an accurate estimate orinvoice which includes theitem(s) to be repaired, the unitcost of the repairs, a description,price, subtotal, VAT amount, finaltotal, up to two photographs ifthese are used, and customersignature if they have agreed tothe price quoted.This can be printed out or sentvia email once the estimate orinvoice is saved. Estimates can beamended by the operator oncethey have been created so if acustomer does not accept anestimate or it is incorrect, theoperator can access the recordand make alterations to it, thenre-save and resend/reprint it.VORTEX - the vehicle on routesystem enables drivers to click‘on route’ which sends an emailto the customer. Customers canlog in to a website once the emailis received and check thelocation of the driver and theirestimated time of arrival.Managers can log in to VORTEXto see the location of all theirdrivers.Using either your PDA device orthe secure web portal provided,you can create, view and amendestimates and invoices. You canalso display a list of jobs andsearch future jobs if required. Usethe built-in postcode look-uptool to verify customer addressesand the vehicle look-up tool tobring back details of the vehicle(make, model, colour) on to thePDA/computer screen.Estimates and invoices can becreated for multiple vehicles sodocumentation is reduced, aseach vehicle doesn’t require anindividual form.You can view customersignatures if they’ve signed theestimate/invoice to have therepair work done and you’llbe able to view the vehicleflat plans which indicate wherethe damage is, as well as thephotographs showing thedamage in detail. Any repairsare associated with the interioror exterior of the vehicleand the specific area whichrequires repairing and pricingis automatically associated(although can be easily amendedby the operator).Page 6 and 7

The WAASPsystem is available in threeversions - Lite, Professional and Elite.This allows technicians and mobilerepair companies to choose whichversion is best for them.Lite - contains all essential features of a PDA-basedsoftware system allowing technicians to create,save and edit vehicle repair estimates and invoices.Contains pre-defined pricing (editable) for bothinterior and exterior repairs, plus subtotals, VAT,and totals automatically calculated.A secure web portal is provided for secure datastorage and accessed via internet browser. Repairersalso have a link from their software directly into theSmart Express order system so consumables can be orderedat the touch of a button and despatched quickly.Paint-mix look-up is also available which is charged pertransaction and is invaluable for choosing the correct mix ofpaint for vehicle repairs. Data is returned to the PDA screenwhen the vehicle details are entered.All repairs have a vehicle flat-plan associated but can also havephotographs taken to show the extent of the damage in orderthat accurate visual records are kept. These images are alsodisplayed within the customer receipt which is generated as aPDF file and sent from the system via email.Professional - contains everything available in the Liteversion plus multiple vehicle estimates/invoices within oneform, so customer receives one receipt instead of many.Calendar job scheduling for displaying and creating jobschedules visually in a calendar; vehicle look-ups which allowfor vehicle registration to be entered so that make, model,colour is pulled back; order alerts are also communicated viasms as well as email so can be seen immediately on the device.Elite - contains all the features of Professional as well asvehicle on-route system for notifying customers where thetechnician is (and location displayed on a map within a website)or for managers to view where all of their technicians arelocated at any one time. This version also includes reporting;customer satisfaction surveys; and accounts export, especiallyuseful for management data.Devices and airtime are requiredto run the WAASP system.
