Evaluation of NRC Food Security and Livelihoods Projects in Chiredzi and Chipinge Districts of ZimbabweThe evaluation <strong>report</strong> should consist of:• Executive summary and recommendations not more than 3 pages• Main text to include evaluation methodology, commentary and analysis addressingevaluation purpose and outputs to include a section dedicated to the issues of particularlessons-learning focus, conclusions (not more than 7 pages)• AppendicesAll material collected in the undertaking of the evaluation process should be lodged with thelivelihoods coordinator prior to the termination of the contract).8. Follow upThe final evaluation <strong>report</strong> will make the basis for a management response and an action plan to follow uprecommendations provided by the evaluation team.For the follow up of the evaluation the livelihoods Coordinator is the main responsible, involving M&E officerw<strong>here</strong> relevant. The management response, responding to the recommendations, including an action shouldbe prepared by the livelihoods Coordinator not later than two months after receiving the final <strong>report</strong>. It is t<strong>here</strong>sponsibility of livelihoods Coordinator to ensure that the realisations of these plans are monitored anddocumented.The final evaluation <strong>report</strong> will be shared with interested stakeholders and be available for all NRC staff.36
