An extensive range of accessories ensuresthat this comprehensive set is an all-rounder worthy of the well known <strong>MARTIN</strong> name.Hotprint TechnologyFor this new process the mask is notremoved after printing the solder paste,but remains on the QFN during reflow.This principle represents by far the mosteffective solution compared with otherprocess methods while costing very little.Precision ResultsThe <strong>MARTIN</strong> <strong>Prebump</strong> 0<strong>3.1</strong> succeed bysurprisingly simple handling, even whenthe smallest bumps at a pitch of only0.4 mm can be applied very accurately.Trouble free rework with prebumpedcomponents is thus guaranteed.Placement of mask and framein the hotprinter.The prebumped QFN is perfectlyprepared for rework.
