Ashtar is a Protector of Humanity and the fate ofplanet Earth, as well as a Defender-Protector of the Solar System and its affairs."However, in the strictest sense, he is not an embodiment of an Archangel, but is, nevertheless,participating in a very close partnership and very close cooperative Cosmic representation of oneof high administration at that level. It is not Archangel Gabriel, but is another.
