<strong>The</strong> <strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Clara</strong> <strong>Convention</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Visitors</strong> <strong>Bureau</strong> (CVB) is a destination marketing, sales <strong>and</strong> serviceorganization representing California’s “Silicon Valley” <strong>and</strong> the City of <strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Clara</strong>.CONVENTION SALES<strong>The</strong> <strong>Convention</strong> Sales Team assists Meeting Planners <strong>and</strong> helps minimize the time <strong>and</strong> effort spent inobtaining information. We also assist with the planning of special events, conventions, trade-shows, meetings<strong>and</strong> conferences. <strong>The</strong> CVB can provide professional staff for registration assistance, which can accommodate a multitude oftasks including typing, data entry, registration, collateral distribution, badge check <strong>and</strong> hospitality hosting. Toimplement this service, we need to receive requests in writing no later than four weeks prior to the move-indate.COLLATERAL MATERIALSCollateral materials are available to assist your attendees with things to do <strong>and</strong> see while in <strong>Santa</strong> <strong>Clara</strong>.
