Organisations during the last 4 years.

4) In case there is a reduction in Government Levies or in cost of Raw Material the benefit of thesame will be passed on to the university.5) The price quoted should be inclusive of taxes.6) Firm should confirm and Guarantee that the rates quoted are lowest for respective quantity andthere are no other lower rates or discounts etc. quoted to any other Govt. Depts./Semi-Govt.Organistions etc.7) The firm shall have to furnish documents as regards Insurance of factory/workplace wherefabrication of bus body is to be carried out and have to give written undertaking regarding safetyof the Chassis provided to them for fabrication and in case of any loss or damage the firm shallhave to make it good.8) The firm shall intimate the university and get the bus/bus body inspected ;i. when the structure of body is complete.ii. Before painting of colour scheme.iii. when the fully built bus is finally ready.9) The firm shall intimate university about full readyness of Bus atleast one week in advance.10) Delivery: Supply of fully built bus shall have to be made within 30-40 days from the date ofissue of fabrication order, failing which delay charges Rs. 1000 may be charged per day per busor fabrication order may be cancelled. But, Registrar may condone delay in delivery of fullybuilt bus in case he is satisfied that reasons provided by the manufacturer are beyond theircontrol.11) After Fabrication Services, if any, shall also be mentioned.12) Colour Scheme: The firm shall have to strictly comply with the colour scheme as prescribed bythe university.13) The University reserves the right to reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.No correspondence regarding acceptance or rejection of tenders will be entertained.14) The rates should be valid for 90 days from the date of tender.15) Payment Terms: Full payment after/on delivery of fully built bus.16) The decision of the Registrar in respect of selection of bus body builder will be final.17) In case of any dispute, the matter will be referred to the Registrar whose decision shall be finaland binding upon the firm.18) The Guarantee/Warranty period must be mentioned alongwith tender and it should not be lessthan the period as is provided to State Govt./Semi-Govt. Organisations/State Roadways. Thedocumentary evidence for the same should also be furnished alongwith.19) The firm will be responsible for any defect in Bus Bodies or equipments provided in these busbodies due to defective design, material or workmanship, for a period of Warranty from the dateof delivery of fully built Bus. The rectification/replacement of defective material/equipmentswill have to be undertaken by the firm free of charge at university, and shall collect the defectivematerial /equipments from university site.20) In case of any arbitration the area shall be confined to Amritsar jurisdiction only.Registrar
