First we would like to wish all our existing and potential customers a very good 2011.
Although 2010 proved to be a challenging year, there were many positive points to build on for
the future. MACH 2010 seemed to pre-occupy the first half of the year, and the Exhibition gave
Vernet-Behringer an opportunity to demonstrate our quality products. New contacts were made
and we look forward to being of service over the coming months.

We often see articles of the latest this and the best that, and how ‘X X X‘ changed
the world with their latest innovation. Then 2 years later we read how they had to
change again for something new because the previous wasn’t up to expectations...
... TAKE A LOOK AT THIS:

We would like to bring attention to the 1998 Vernet-Behringer Drilling Sawing Line at
H Young Structures in Norfolk. The company regularly competes and wins against all the
competition – using this machine to regularly produce large amounts of material.
Recently produced and completed on schedule, amongst many other jobs, is a 1,000
tonne superstore.
The machine which has been running continuously is now in its 13th year - the first 10
years with the Infeed in the stock yard outside the building. It produces as accurately as
it did when installed, performing with minimum maintenance and down-time.
The machine model is the FP 600 with Behringer HBP430/723G Bandsaw. This
machine, like all new Vernet-Behringer machines is built to a specification, NOT A
PRICE, and over the life of the machine has paid back its initial investment many times.
This is achieved by RELIABILITY being the key. Many manufacturers make claims of
very high speeds, feeds etc, saving ’x‘ amount of time per hole – this is all very good if
the machine works all week without breakdown. The Vernet-Behringer machine can
maintain these specifications because of the reliability and excellent ‘On-line Support’ - if
and when required and at the price expected.
Mr Howlett, Production Director at H Young Structures, comments:
“We have no worries quoting whatever is within the physical capacity of the machine,
we can be confident that it will start every morning and work all day. On the very rare
occasion over the last 13 years, if we have had any problems, the Service Team have
been on the case immediately and had the machine running with minimum down-time.”
