Womah td WASHINGTON (UPI) - President Ford yesterday named a new ambassador to Morocco and administration souces said he has selected top Republican party official Anne L. Armstrong as the first woman American ambass ador to Great Britain. j j Armstrong, 48, would succeed Elliot L. Richardson, who is returning to Washington to become secretary of commerce. Armstrong would be the first woman to hold the prestigious deplom atic post if the Senate confirms her nomination, expected to be announced shortly. Ford announced his nomination of Robert Anderson, Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger's main press spokesman , to be ambassador to Morocco. Kissinger said Anderson would be succeeded by career Foreign Service officer Robert L. Funseth , 49. Suspects body not in dump FBI ends Hoffa search DETROIT (UPI ) — Federal sources said yesterday that the FBI is abandoning its plans to search in a New Jersey dump for the body of missing Teamsters chief James R. Hoffa . One source said - the FBI no longer suspects his body was buried there. Federa l authorities in Detroft refused to comment. The dump, a 47-acre site ~ hear Jersey City, became the focus of the Hoffa case last month after a government informer allegedly said the former Teamster boss was btiried there. The FBI obtained a warran t to search the sprawling dump and has since obtained thre e extensions. The warrant will expire Sunday unless the FBI seeks another extension .
