To ensurecompliance, this plan was prepared in accordance with the Suitland District Heights <strong>Storm</strong> <strong>Water</strong>Management, Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook, published by the Suitland District HeightsDepartment of <strong>Plan</strong>ning, <strong>Storm</strong> <strong>Water</strong> Management Section. There are no other applicable State orFederal requirements for sediment and erosion site plans (or permits), or storm water management siteplans (or permits).5-8
