Start with the practices shown from Figure 638and go through to Figure 666, then return to the other formsof attack.Whatever exercises or move you do with your right armchange over and do the same with your left arm.The stick or club need not be as long as the one hereillustrated, though a longer stick will give you better controlfor you~ initial practice.
