The assets that the soil represents should be seen as the basic requirements forgrowth. These assets are not particularly unique and are present almost everywhere. Atthe same time, it cannot be taken for granted that they are present everywhere and all thetime. The higher up the tree we come, the more advantageous and unique our assets are.4
