Margherita or Neapolitan, New York or Chicago, veggie or
All Nite Pizza, Wings, and Subs
10315 W. Airport
Stafford
832-328-3333
If those late-night munchies have gotten the best of you, this
pizza joint is open until three in the morning, serving up
delicious slices of pie. The Insomniac is good and spicy, but
our top pick is Death by
Pizza. Just imagine diving
in to a pie with all 26
available toppings. Finish
it, and you’re not just a
carnivore any more –
you’re an omnivore!
Center Court
Pizza and Brew
7425 Hwy. 6
Missouri City
832-947-0440
In search of a familyfriendly
atmosphere
where you can cheer on
your favorite local sports
team? Load up the kids
and head on over to
Center Court. The pizzas
are hot and flavorful, with
sauce and dough made in
house. Pair any pie with
your favorite beverage,
add family and friends,
and you’ve got yourself a
cheering squad. Game on!
If a hand-tossed, coalfired
pizza makes your mouth water, give Coal Vines a
shot. Their pizzas are made to order with fresh ingredients
and toppings, and their homemade pastas and desserts
are terrifically tasty. This kid-friendly restaurant has an
upscale feel at an affordable price. If it’s a nice afternoon, we
recommend sitting on the patio and watching the sun sink
into the lake, while you dive into your dinner.
Correlli’s Italian Cafe
Sugar Land
Enjoy a glass
of wine as you
dine on a piece
of Grimaldi’s
coal-fired brick
oven pizza
Corelli’s is an all-time favorite of ours. The food is consistently
scrumptious, the atmosphere is casual and comfy, and
children are always welcome. The side patio is a super place
to gather with friends and divvy up a couple of uber-delicious
pizzas. If you’re craving a more romantic corner of the
restaurant to share that pizza pie, ask to be seated in the wine
room.
Gepetto’s Pizza
15510 Lexington Blvd.
Sugar Land
281-980-7400
This locally owned and operated pizza joint is sure to have
you licking your lips. They offer a variety of tasty toppings,
including shrimp, feta, and artichoke hearts. You can dine
in or order take-out or free delivery. Not only is this place
delicious, but it won’t put a hole in your wallet, either.
Grimaldi’s
16535 S.W. Fwy.
Sugar Land
281-265-2280
The whole family is sure
to enjoy this favorite Sugar
Land hot spot. Grimaldi’s
has wonderfully crisp New
York-style thin crust pizza,
courtesy of their coal-fired
brick oven. They use the
freshest of ingredients,
including handmade
mozzarella and their “secret
recipe” crust and sauce.
But we love Grimaldi’s for
the big ball of pizza dough
that each kid gets to play
with, as mom and dad sit
trying to catch their breath
- endless entertainment for
the little ones. Enough said.
La Magia Cafe
3699 Hwy. 6
Sugar Land
281-565-0366
This little Italian restaurant
has that wonderful old
small-town feeling. With
a menu full of pastas and
pizzas to please, you’re
sure to find something everyone can agree on – together
or separately. If you’re feeling rather cosmopolitan, give the
Manhattan pie a try, which layers mozzarella, pepperoni,
tomatoes, mushrooms, and olives, plus a dash of garlic sauce.
It’s guaranteed to keep the vampires at bay.
Lomonte’s Italian Restaurant
and Pizzeria
815 Plantation Dr.
Richmond
We’ve found this place to be one of our favorites in Richmond.
Lomonte’s offers family-style dining with an upscale
experience. The food is very tasty, especially the pizzas. We
ecommend the MaMa Lomonte’s Sicilian Deep Dish pizza, the
Barbie-Q, or the III Kings. Try indulging in your pizza while
sitting on the patio relaxing – a perfect combo!
Papa Murphy’s
11609 Hwy. 6
Sugar Land
281-494-0747
Papa Murphy’s is for all of the Dr. Frankensteins among us, who
want to create life – in the form of a pizza – by manipulating
its very DNA. Think Subway or Chipotle, except you’re picking
a crust, sauce, and toppings. Papa Murphy’s wants to be your
Igor, doing all the bio-engineering to your specifications. Then
all you do is take the pizza home and bake it when you’re ready.
Lightning strike not included.
Pronto Pizza
13500 W. Airport Blvd.
Sugar Land
Would you like that pizza, pronto? Fresh and delish pizzas
are made quick and just right atop a hearty dough crust that
rises daily at Pronto Pizza. The calzones and stromboli are also
sublime, offering a fantastic alternative if you’re not in the mood
for sharing a pie. Why not print one of the many coupons listed
on their website? You can save a little dough, while you’re at it.
