UnderlaymentsBoral Roofing’s UnderlaymentsBoral Roofing offers a wide selection of underlayments categorized into two main types:• Self-Adhesive (Peel & Stick) Underlayments are typically used in severe climates, but can be used in any climate.• Mechanically Fastened (Nail Down) Underlayments are commonly used in moderate climates.Cold climates often require use of self-adhesive underlayments at critical areas of the roof where ice damming may occur andcause damage.
