Madrid Track and Soccer Complex and the installation <strong>of</strong> the Jonah Fieldturf, just to name a few . Beginning this coming fall, the University will showcase its most recentenhancement and open the much anticipated Wildcatter Stadium <strong>Club</strong> & Suites addition, eastsideconcourse improvements and aesthetic enhancement to War Memorial Stadium. In 2010, 60 years after it was built, fans onSeptember 4 th will see a “brand new” War Memorial Stadium.The largest difference fans will seeis the addition <strong>of</strong> the $25 millionWildcatter Stadium <strong>Club</strong> & Suites tothe east side. The Wildcatter will feature12 individualized 16-32 personluxury suites, 262 indoor club seats,social lounge, bar and concessionarea, private restrooms, and panoramicvistas <strong>of</strong> Jonah Field, the SnowyRange to the west and the LaramieMountains to the east. Other amenitiesincluded on the east side is anentry way to War Memorial Stadium,elevator lobby area for suite and clubseat holders, a welcome lobby thatwill feature the benefits <strong>of</strong> energy toWyoming, complete bathroom andconcession renovations and an enhancedatmosphere for all Wyomingfans to enjoy.This renovation and addition will not only provide an improved experience for all Wyoming football fans, and an opportunityfor select fans to watch Wyoming Football in a climate controlled luxury atmosphere, it will also provide the Universitywith more than $500,000 in additional annual revenue to be utilized by all 17 athletic programs at UW. This revenue will bean approximate 5% increase to our annual athletic budget and is already enjoyed and utilized by all eight other Mountain WestConference opponents.The <strong>Cowboy</strong> <strong>Joe</strong> <strong>Club</strong> staff is actively marketingthe premium seating opportunities inthe Wildcatter, and while all luxury suitesare sold-out for the next three years, a verylimited number <strong>of</strong> stadium club seats arestill available. Private tours <strong>of</strong> the WildcatterStadium <strong>Club</strong> & Suites addition to War MemorialStadium are available now by calling307-766-6161. Beginning in mid-July, therewill be an open house opportunity for anyinterested parties, and in mid-August therewill be open house for the public’s viewing. The Wildcatter Stadium <strong>Club</strong> als<strong>of</strong>eatures a cash bar with access to beer and wine.Generous discounts are <strong>of</strong>fered to 3, 5, and 7 year leaseagreements. Access to the Wildcatter Stadium <strong>Club</strong>and indoor club seating is provided by private elevatorthrough the new east side entry renovation. Fulfilled clubseating requests will be allocated according to prioritypoint rankings on all club seats purchased by June 1 st . Purchases made after June 1 st will be allocated first come first serve.First year’s payment is due June 30, 2010. Wildcatter Stadium <strong>Club</strong> seat costs are in addition to any annual <strong>Cowboy</strong> <strong>Joe</strong> <strong>Club</strong>membership contributions, which are needed for CJC benefits including priority parking and or other seating benefits.Wildcatter Luxury Suites – SOLD-OUTThere are 10 Wildcatter Luxury Suites available for a minimum three yearlease with great private, climate-controlled viewing <strong>of</strong> Jonah Field and directaccess to the stadium club. For the 2010 season and beyond, the cost to acquirea luxury suite is $40,000 per suite, per year, which includes sixteen seasontickets, four premium priority parking passes and sixteen premium buffets,provided by Altitude’s Brewery & Chophouse. Generous discounts are <strong>of</strong>feredto 5 and 7 year lease agreements.
