Switching between anySBS/ANSI microwell plate format (96, 384, 1536, etc.) does not require tools or replacement parts.Variable washing angles employed by the SQUIRT are ideal for cell-based or ELISA assays, proteomic, or genomicanalysis. Intra-plate and inter-plate wash efficiency eliminates a possible source of unexpected cell death or lackof signal strength. SoftwareThe SQUIRT APIThe SQUIRT API (Application Programming Interface) available in .NET 2.0 and Java 6, enables the integration of theSQUIRT into any automation assembly using a serial (RS232) communication interface. The API provides access to allSQUIRT functions including priming and multi-wash cycle programming, as well as all user-inputted routines.SQUIRT HotelBrooks provides a SQUIRT-integrated microplate array washer to enable the walk-away washing of up to 28 plates.The assembly is composed of a single SQUIRT washer, two 14-position hotels, a PreciseFlex PF400 Sample Handler,and an easy-to-use touchscreen interface.
