Suggestions for tools:
Tools can be wearing parts. Therefore
we make designs available free
of charge in the case of order. Of
course we supply these parts also
on request.
The force/torque transducer is patented.
Its shaping permits the
measurement of the 3 quantities:
total torque, head friction torque and
clamping force without influence of
one quantity by one of the others.
Sequences can be programmed by
yourselves using the general instructions
existing in the software.
The available finished software pakkages
according to international
standards or standards of the car
manufacturers can be adapted to
the individual desires of the user at
any time.
With this configuration all important
parameters of screwed joints can be
detected and evaluated by standard,
like demanded by international standards
and house standards of the
most important car manufacturers.
Screwing torques of selflocking nuts
are a further area of application.
As results coefficients of friction, protocols
Screw vibration testing machines
Application:
The vibration test equipment was
conceived for the dynamic examination
of fasteners under transverse
load.
Among other things it makes it
possible to control screwed joints
according to the vibration examination
DIN 65151.
The screwed joints which can be examined
are tightened in the machine
up to a defined initial force.
Subsequently, they are exposed to a
dynamic traverse load with a certain
frequency. The change of the initial
force with time is depicted during
the test.
The diagram immediately gives information
about the release behavior of
a screwed joint.
4
The test stand consists of a motor
drive, which produces a dynamic
load transverse to the axis of the
screw.
The screw to be examined is mounted
in a slide which is horizontally
guided on a bottom section connected
firmly with the framework.
The complete machine is installed
on a workbench. A safety device
with sliding doors belongs to the
scope of supply by standard.
Model 210
Torsion test machines
Application:
The model TesT 210 is used for
tests for the determination of torque
and angle of rotation or torsion.
The area of application extends
from the simplest construction unit
examination up to the most complex
classical material testing.
The machine essentially consists of
3 components:
• 1 Torque transducer
• 1 Machine frame with regulated
drive and angle measurement,
• 1 Electronics for motor control
and recording of measurement
Depending upon measuring range
there are versions as table model
or models with worktable. For
the determination of the torque
static (Models 411 or 415) or dynamic
(Models 421 or 422) torque
transducers are used. Depending
upon application and measuring
range the sensors are equipped with
cone bearings for the protec-tion
against lateral loads.
For motor control and evaluation the
electronics model 810 or the PC card
record model 822 with the software
TesTWinner ® 922 is available.
The minimum and maximum length of the parts to
be examined affects the length of the rails for the
displaceable carriage and for the overall length of
the machine table.
The clamping fixtures are adapted to the samples
and likewise affects the machine length and
height.
